AHN names new chief of AHN Women's Institute

Dr. Marcia E. Klein-Patel has been named chair of the Allegheny Health Network Women's Institute. Klein-Patel replaces Dr. Allan Klapper, who is now AHN Wexford Hospital president. She joined AHN as an attending physician at West Penn Hospital and director of resident research. She co-founded a midlife gynecology and menopausal medicine practice at AHN and was vice chair of operations at the AHN Women's Institute and residency program director of obstetrics and gynecology at West Penn Hospital.
