Missouri Gov. Mike Parson on Friday evening issued a statewide "stay-at-home" order, effective at 12:01 a.m. Monday, to "protect the public health and prevent further spread of COVID-19." The order will run from April 6 through 11:59 p.m. April 24, Parson said in a press briefing. The order states that individuals residing in the state "shall avoid leaving their homes or places of residence" unless necessary.
