City retailers can begin closing sales on the street outside their businesses despite Baltimore's ongoing stay-at-home order. Curbside pickup for retail stores can begin Wednesday at 9 a.m., bringing small business owners up to par with ongoing pickups available through restaurants, said Mayor Bernard C. “Jack” Young on Tuesday.
