ESPN cancels college football's Hawaii Bowl due to Covid

ESPN Events said Friday that it has canceled the 2020 Hawaii Bowl because of the Covid-19 pandemic and travel restrictions and said the college football bowl game would return in 2021. The Hawaii Bowl was to host a team from the Mountain West and a team from the C-USA conferences for the December game at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu.
