Billie Eilish: Up Close Documentary Confirmed - She Plays Live Lounge This Week

*Billie Eilish* is set to be the subject of a new BBC documentary.

The American artist's new album is out on Friday - July 30th - with 'Happier Than Ever' following a string of colossal singles.

New documentary Billie Eilish: Up Close follows her rise to fame, a candid 45 minute insight into her life.

Hosted by Radio 1 personality Clara Amfo, it airs through BBC1 on July 31st at 10.30pm before hitting iPlayer.

Alongside this, *Billie Eilish* makes her Radio 1 Live Lounge debut this week, performing album cuts and a specially commissioned cover.

The Live Lounge performance goes live immediately after the documentary, from 11.15pm on July 31st.
