IFFI 2023 to feature Michael Douglas' masterclass

American actor and filmmaker Michael Douglas will be honored with the Satyajit Ray Lifetime Achievement Award at the 54th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa. Douglas will also conduct a Master Class sharing his career experiences. The festival will screen international and Indian restored films, including classics like Vijay Anand's Guide and Chetan Anand's Haqeeqat. Additionally, the festival will have a special section of accessible films for the visually impaired and hearing impaired, featuring embedded audio descriptions and sign language. The IFFI has also announced the selection of films for its Indian Panorama component.
