Russia withdrawing from Nagorno-Karabakh, Kremlin says

Russian peacekeepers will withdraw from the Nagorno-Karabakh region, which Azerbaijan recaptured last year. Russian forces did not intervene in that conflict, which saw the mass explusion of ethnic Armenians.
