Raigad Building Collapse: Death toll reaches 12, 17 still feared trapped

The death toll from the building collapse in Maharashtra's Raigad district reached 12 with the discovery of more bodies by rescue workers on Tuesday. As many as 17 people are still feared trapped in the debris.
