Mayor De Blasio Says If City COVID-19 Positivity Rate Goes Above 3% Schools Will Close The Next Day

Only a day after Gov. Andrew Cuomo imposed new coronavirus pandemic restrictions, there was a threat from Mayor Bill de Blasio to close New York City schools if the infection rate continues to rise.
