DDC polls has changed outlook of J&K regional parties: Apni Party chief

Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party president Syed Muhammad Altaf Bukhari on Monday said that the ongoing district development council (DDC) elections in the state has changed the political outlook of regional parties as they preferred to promise development to the people instead of making false promises that their votes would result in the resolution of the Kashmir problem.
