1st since November: Average daily Covid cases up for 4th straight day

For the first nearly three months, the seven-day rolling average of daily Covid-19 cases in India has registered a rise for four consecutive days, mainly reflecting the resurgence of the pandemic in Maharashtra. On Sunday, the seven-day average was at 11,430. It had risen to 11,825 by Thursday.
