Cong MPs stopped from visiting violence-hit Nagaland district; Rahul slams Centre

The Congress has condemned the refusal of the Assam government to allow a party delegation to visit Mon district in Nagaland where 14 civilians and a soldier died in firing. According to Congress sources, a party delegation comprising general secretary Jitendra Singh in-charge of Nagaland Ajoy Kumar and Lok Sabha MP Gaurav Gogoi, was on its way to meet the families of victims and submit a report on the “innocent killings” in Mon district of Nagaland.
