Shah: Under Modi respect for Tiranga has grown globally

Amid gathering momentum for " “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign, home minster Amit Shah said that Prime Minister Modi' s initiative was meant to promote patriotism symbolised by the tricolour. Formally launching the campaign on the 146th birth anniversary of Pingali Venkayya, freedom fighter who designed the national flag, Shah said that that the "Tiranga" campaign was also meant to inspire citizens to dedicate themselves to the task of helping India become the global leader by 2047.
