Neiphiu Rio hopeful of solution to Naga issue, if elected Nagaland CM for fifth term

After casting vote at his native village Tuophema under Northern Angami II constituency in Kohima district, Rio said ushering in permanent peace and overall development will be his two broader goals, if becomes CM again.
