PM makes second surprise visit to new Parliament building

Amid speculations of the New Parliament Building becoming functional soon, PM Narendra Modi on Thursday made a surprise visit and took stock of the facilities and arrangements in both the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. During his second such visit PM interacted with the construction workers at the site.
