Women's reservation bill is diversion tactic from OBC quota: Rahul Gandhi

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on Friday said that the women's reservation bill is great but its fine print suggests that census and delimitation need to be done before that. While addressing the media, Rahul said that it's a distraction and diversion tactic from the OBC quota and nobody knows if this will even be implemented.
