Lok Sabha ethics panel adopts report in favour of Mahua Moitra's disqualification by 6:4 vote

The Lok Sabha Ethics Panel has recommended the disqualification of Mahua Moitra, a member of the TMC party, from the Indian Parliament for sharing her login credentials with a businessman. The panel stated that this action posed a risk to national security, as the businessman had residency rights in Dubai and had foreign nationals among his relatives. Moitra has accepted that she shared the login credentials with him. The panel's report will be submitted to the Lok Sabha Speaker for further action.
