BJP candidate booked for asking women to lift burqa

BJP candidate K Madhavi Latha was booked by election authorities for allegedly asking burqa-clad women voters to reveal their faces to compare with photo identity cards. The incident occurred during voting for the Hyderabad Lok Sabha seat against Asaduddin Owaisi.
