India reports spike in COVID-19 cases

(MENAFN - Jordan News Agency) Amman, June 24 (Petra) -- Indian authorities announced on Thursday a rise in the number of daily COVID-19 cases, after it had dropped below 100,000 for the first time since early June.The Ministry of Health said that 54,069 cases and 1,321 deaths were recorded over the past 24 hours, the Indian Press Agency (New Delhi) reported.
