Pennsylvania Supreme Court extends state mail ballot deadline to 3 days after election

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court granted a historical three-day extension for all mail-in ballots following the Nov. 3rd presidential election – a move that will grant the highly sought after swing state the ability to count more votes.
