General at Operation Warp Speed apologizes for vaccine rollout "miscommunication"

The top official in charge of logistics for Operation Warp Speed apologized Saturday for "miscommunication" surrounding this week's vaccine rollout after several Governors said that they're receiving notably fewer doses than were promised.
