Speaker Pelosi names Rep. Swalwell to return to the Homeland Security Committee despite spy ties

Rep. Eric Swalwell, the California Democrat whom intelligence experts have ripped for his past ties to a suspected Chinese spy, will return to the House Homeland Security Committee.
