Virginia Democrat Lamont Bagby wins special election to fill Richmond-based state Senate seat

Lamont Bagby, a Democrat from Virginia, won a special election to fill a seat on the state Senate. About 90% of voters voted for Bagby in the contest against Republican Stephen Imholt.
