Georgia Gov. Kemp announces $1K year-end bonus for teachers, state employees: 'Wholly appropriate'

More than 300,000 Georgia state employees, teachers and school support staff will receive a $1,000 year-end retention bonus, Gov. Brian Kemp announced Monday.
