Biden admin.'s new Affordable Care Act rule draws religious freedom concerns

Faith-based organizations and advocacy groups are slamming the Biden administration for re-interpreting the definition of “sex” found in Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act to include “sexual orientation” and “gender identity.”
