Rochester Mayor Warren requests federal investigation into death of Daniel Prude, orders police chief to leave post today

Rochester, N.Y., Lovely Warren relieved the city's police chief of duty Monday and requested a federal investigation into the death of a Black man who died after a police encounter earlier this year.
