National Urban League leader on NYC chokehold case

Marc Morial, President and CEO of the National Urban League, spoke with CBS Evening News anchor Scott Pelley about race relations in America following the deaths of Eric Garner, Michael Brown and Tamir Rice. Morial says a pattern is emerging of a lack of accountability.
