Obama set to return to GOP-controlled Congress

After a two-week vacation that included golf, hiking and joining his daughters for Hawaiian shave ice, President Obama plans to hit the ground running next week. But the president is returning with a different set of priorities than the Republicans who take full control of Congress. Chip Reid reports.
