Amtrak crash prompts regulators to order safety measures

Amtrak is agreeing to abide by an emergency order being issued by the Federal Railroad Administration. This comes as the FBI checks out the possibility that some sort of object hit a train's windshield just before it crashed. Kris Van Cleave reports.
