Biden, Merkel say friends can disagree on pipeline
President Joe Biden has renewed his concerns to German Chancellor Angela Merkel about the Nord Stream 2 project, a nearly complete Russia-to-Germany gas pipeline. Still, he said at a joint news conference Thursday "good friends can disagree." (July 15)
