Biden honors Powell as 'a dear friend and a patriot'

President Joe Biden paid tribute to former Secretary of State Colin Powell at the White House Monday, calling him "one of our great military leaders and a man of overwhelming decency." Powell died from Monday from COVID-19 complications. (Oct. 18)
