Expelled Tennessee lawmaker Pearson sworn-in
Tennessee state Rep. Justin Pearson of Memphis was sworn in at the state Capitol on Thursday, a week after he and state Rep. Justin Jones of Nashville were expelled by the Republican-led Tennessee House for a gun control protest. (April 13)
