Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Russia put Europe "one step away" from a radiation disaster after Moscow's strikes caused the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant to be disconnected from the power grid. On the other hand, the Russian-installed regional governor blamed Ukrainian miltiary for the incident.
