Prince Harry and Meghan to Move to New Home Thanks to Taxpayer Money
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are going to leave London and Kensington Palace behind for Frogmore cottage.????Their spokesperson said quote: “Windsor is a very special place for Their Royal Highnesses and they are grateful that their official residence will be on the estate.
The Duke and Duchess’s office will continue to be based at Kensington Palace.”????It would be very special to anyone, considering the house is a gift from the queen and the renovations are reportedly being paid for with tax-payer money.
Although decorative work inside the cottage is expected to be paid for by harry and meghan ????Plus, Windsor is where they were married and Frogmore is where their engagement pictures were taken.????Thanks to The Sovereign Grant, which is funded with tax money, the cottage will be transformed into a 5 bedroom family residence so that the new baby has his or her own space...making it sound more like a fancy house and less like a quaint cottage.????Windsor is 20 miles from London, so, still close enough to visit, but far enough away that the in-laws will need to call before coming over.??????And since the cottage is paid for with tax money, will they have visiting hours for British Citizens???
