Former Facebook Employees Talk About Facebook's Culture

CNBC recently released a report with former Facebook employees revealing their insight on the company.

According to Business Insider, some said the internal culture was “cult-like.” They former employees said they felt pressure to be positive and felt discouraged from speaking up.

Employees said this culture was cultivated through the company’s twice-yearly peer-review system.

Through this system, each employee is typically given feedback by five of their colleagues.
