Politico reports an Atlanta-based federal appeals court has reaffirmed judges' rights of to release secret grand jury records.

A unanimous decision was made on Monday from an 11th Circuit panel to publicize the results of Robert Mueller’s investigation on the Trump campaign.

The ruling is unlikely to be binding, but backers of the investigation are eager for courts to clarify that grand jury materials can be released in extraordinary cases.
