Authorities at the Keystone Dam on the flooded Arkansas River in Oklahoma said on May 29 that they were reducing the outflow from the reservoir, and would continue to do so as long as inflow didn’t increase.

Flooding and evacuations have been seen along the river, in parts of Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
