Hartselle businesses react to end of coronavirus Stay At Home order

She joins us live in morgan county after talking to people there about the governor's plan.

Im in downtown hartselle right now.

The reaction of business owners here is mixed.

Retailers like this one - mega granite are able to re-open... while warehouse coffee shop just downthere will still remain closed.

Earlier i spoke to morgan county commissioner ray long.

He told me the courthouse will re open may first he says the county will continue to stress social distancing and encourages people to wear masks if they have to come to the courthouse.

Over in limestone county - athens mayor ronnie marks called the governor's order a wise move.

He's happy most retail stores are reopening but still urges folks not to overcrowd them.

They can only be at 50% capacity.

He says he will rework the citys coronavirus plan.

He also expect the city council and commission meetings to still be held virtually.
