Gary lewis owner: its been a real struggle we've been spending days cleaning and preparing owner gary lewis says they are constantly sanitizing surfacesãand are using their outdoor dining area.

Lewis: we dont have anyone within 6 feet of a table or any glass ware any drink preparation any beer dispensing equipment garnishes condiments so forth they added in plexiglass at the outside bar area for customers to keep their distance nats lewis: we've gone over extensive training with the employees they all obviously have to wear masks and gloves and constant hand washing a checklist put out by butte county public health says restaurant bars must have signage, employee training, practice physical distancing and have a sanitation routine before reopening.

Lews: we have areas if they want to sit 100 feet away from someone if we can do that we an accommodate them..

And we're just very happen to open up our guests have been dying to come here for quite some time.

Lewis told me they've lost 30 of their employeesã so they are hiring.
