For the first time this week -- the state listed two buchanan county "congregate" facilities as having outbreaks.

The state defines an outbreak as at least 2 positive coronavirus cases -- in a facility where a group lives and shares common spaces -- think nursing homes, dorms, and prisons.
And as you can see -- buchanan county isn't the only one... atchison, worth, and gentry counties -- are also all listed as having at least one facility outbreak.
