Heather Rae Young reveals skincare secrets to get that 'Selling Sunset' glow

Heather Rae Young has a strict skincare routine.

The "Selling Sunset" star, 32, keeps her youthful look with a routine of facials and a cabinet full of chemical-free products to satisfy her sensitive skin.

Don't skimp on the sunscreen, you guys.(upbeat music)So these are my three favorite cleansers.I'll switch between the Vita Active Cleanserfrom Fitglowand this one from getting breakouts. This one's a Detox Cleanser from Fitglow. And what I'm gonna use today,it's a foam cleanser. It's more gentle for sensitive skin.I tend to get red,so I have to be really carefulwith what I use.I use all chemical-free products, mainly from Fitglow and mainly from Osmia. So what I do is get the foam on there. You don't have press super hard, but this helps exfoliate.I haven't been able to get as many facialsbecause of quarantine,so I've been adding in a lot more toolsto help get the dead skin off.So now that my skin is nice and fresh and clean,I use a toner. This one's a Sea Toning Mist.Sometimes I'll just spray it on.Like this, and then sometimes I'll spray iton the pad, and then I wipe.It just depends. Some days I just want it to be a little more fresh.Sometimes I need to wipe it a little bit moreand get my makeup off. Then, I will use this. It's called a Fruit Radiance Masks. If I have more time, I'll put it on for 10 minutes, leave it on as a mask, and then I'll lightly scrub it off.If I'm in a rush, I'll use it more as a scrub. So I'll put it on my face,I'll do a light exfoliation, light scrub, and then wash it offwith lukewarm water. And then, I follow that up with an oil.I'll use the Cloud Collagen Oil from Fitglow. So I just put a little bit on my fingers. You don't need a lot.It goes a long way.I just lightly dab it.Usually let it set for about 30 seconds. And then, I'll follow it up with a sunscreen. So I just take a little bit.Always do it on your neck and décolleté as well.Dab, dab, dab, lightly rub it in.I really focus on my cheekbones, because that's where I get a lot of my sun damage.Rub, rub, rub.Bring it down to your neck. This is something that I use every single day.I will not leave the house without my sunscreen, very important.Okay, once I've put on my sunscreen,I like to spray with some type of thermal water. It feels so good.Keeps my skin hydrated, not dry,and just fresh throughout the day.I also cannot live without, from Osmia, this is a blemish spot treatment. You can put it on during the day or at night.I do both.It just smells really good.It feels really good, and get rids of any little pimplesor red marks that you're getting.I just dab on, really lightly, under my eyes at night.Use your ring fingers.Don't use any harsh, don't rub, don't scrub. It's really delicate skin under there,so just be really careful.A few more goodies that I like to addinto my skin care routineare exfoliating masks.I like to get the dead skin offat least once or twice a week.Right now I'm loving, from Eminence, the Rosehip Exfoliating Masque.Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off,and your skin feels really fresh, really clean. You wanna get that dead skin offso it doesn't clog your pores and cause agingand you wanna make sure you get all your makeup off.I'll always take a white washcloth, and I'll lightly rub around my skin, and check it, and always make sureI have no makeup left on the white washcloth. So yeah, that's another little tip from me.Hope you guys enjoyed it!
