Kentucky's top agriculture official is taking the governor to court over coronavirus restrictions.

Quarles.... along with evans orchard and cider mill... filed the suit today in scott circuit court... asking a judge to lift the order on the 50- person limit on gatherings.

The governor's office says the health guidelines are keeping kentuckians safe and that they are confident all restrictions put into place are legal.
