Madison county school parents want more information after the district announced a bus driver tested positive for coronavirus this morning.

Waay 31's max cohan joins is live in madison county after parents explained their concerns.

When the district announced the positive case -- it did so without identifying the schools, bus or routes impacted -- something parents say they deserve to know.

In an email, the district said it did notify parents whose children are impacted.

Parent treva roscha told me she didn't hear anything from madison county schools so assumers her children are not impacted.

She called today's news a little nerve wracking and wished the district would release more information.

"the more i thought about it, that bus driver could have had it for a few days, potentially been picking up and dropping off children that have been exposed to it and then went into schools that have also been exposed to it.

So i felt like -- i understand the privacy of it but you can at least let us know which school that bus driver drove for.

" the district does have bus protocals in place.

They include mandatory masking for drivers and students.

It does not plan on making any changes because of this one case.
