Ebony Crumble, the mother of a Black Kettle Moraine High School student, filed a lawsuit Friday morning against the Kettle Moraine School District after her daughter was the target of alleged racial bullying, according to the filed complaint.

A FAMILY IN THE KETTLE MORAINESCHOOL DISTRICT IS SUING --THEY SAY THEIR DAUGHTER HASFACED RACIAL BULLYING FOR THELAST YEAR.

SOMETIMES DIRECT, USINGRACIAL SLURS, LIKE IN THISSNAPCHAT MESSAGE SHE RECEIVED.AND OTHERS, FOR INAPPROPRIATEQUESTIONS.

She's been accostedby students and asked, haveyou ever seen anyone get shot?anwhile teachers, haveobserved these racial slursover the years, it's commonfor them to yell at thestudents, hey!

It's unexcusbleLAMARR SAYS THIS HAS TAKEN ATOLL ON STEPHANIE.SHE SUFFERSFROM P-T-S-D AND DEPRESSION.AND HAS ATTEMPTED SUICIDE ONTHREE SEPERATE OCCASIONS.

She doesn'tability to go to school andfocus on learning and smileand be joyful with her friendsbecause she has peopleaccosting her at random timesfor no other reason than forher race.

EBONY SAYS THESCHOOL DISTRICT HAS CONTINUEDTO DROP THE BALL.

ALLOWINGTHIS KIND OF ACTIVITY TOCONTINUE.

AND NOT TAKING THESEISSUES SERIOUSLY ENOUGH.

Forthe most part, i feel, dupedas if i had an ally within theleaders i was speaking withand i jus tultimately feelstonewalled.enough is enoguh.this will not be tolerated.not on my watch.

We're callingfor immediate action.

Attorneylamarr says they are askingfor equitable relief from theschool.making 9 specificrequests to improve racialequity in the school.i reachedout to the district, but havenot heard back.
