We know vigo county will go fully remote on thursday.

That likely means more screen time for your student.

News 10's porsha williams is in the newsroom to talk about how you can protect your family's eye health.

Many students are learning virtually on one of these... a tablet... or maybe even a computer.

The constant glare from the screen can be harmful.

I talked with an eye doctor today... she told me it's important to give your eyes a break.

Doctor amanda judson works at j.f.

Vision care... she says that you should look away from the screen every 20 minutes.

She also adds that you should look at least 20 feet away when doing so.

Judson says staring too long at the screen can cause..
