Man hospitalized after being shot multiple times at Huntsville gas station

The man was rushed to Huntsville Hospital in critical condition.

New tonight -- a man was rushed into surgery at huntsville hospital after hemsi officials say he was shot multiple times.

It happened shortly after 1:30 this afternoon at the citgo gas station on drake avenue and patton road.

Huntsville police say they believe they know who the shooter is, but that person is not in custody yet.
