Shadow Health Secretary Wes Streeting claims the "question of the constitution" is a low priority for not only the "majority" of people in Northern Ireland but Sinn Fein too.
He says Sinn Fein Vice President Michelle O'Neill has already talked about the "importance" of power-sharing in Stormont and that most just their government "back up and running".
