In this segment Abraham chooses a hot seater with a question " Your desires are underway".
Abraham explains that we have be ready for our desires.
We cannot be on a vibration of hate, grudge, anger, fear or despair and expect to have our desires flow to us.
It would be vibrationally illogical and we know better.
We know these laws of the universe.
So what can we do?
We have to treat ourselves better.
Look for things to feel good about.
The sunrise you witness, your pet, the amazing food we eat.
We must do everything and anything that makes us feel better and practice and maintain that so that our vibration can rise and we can get more of what we want.
I will say that once you are consistently on this road of caring about the way you feel, you will get addicted to the feeling.
And the feeling is the manifestation that you are looking for, feelings are manifestation.
You solar plexus can feel it and that is a vibration!
So it's matter of creating a bag of tips and tricks.
Like the ones I mention above.
If that doesn't work "GO GENERAL".
That is a sure fire way in.
Start with being appreciative of your body, your cells that act in unison on your behalf for your benefit, and you are not even aware of it, or consciously aware of it!
If you have a place to sleep be appreciative of that, and find a good pillow and be happy about that.
