Russia has threatened retaliation after Ukraine attempted to strike Crimea as well as the key Kerch Bridge.
Russia's Foreign Ministry called it Ukraine's "terrorist attack," saying it put innocent civilians' lives at risk.
Russian foreign ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said, "There can be no justification for such barbaric actions, and they will not go unanswered.
