Qantas plans to restart overseas flights in December if quarantine relaxed

Qantas boss Alan Joyce expects NSW and Victoria will be shut off from the rest of Australia until early December, with vaccination the only way for the country’s two largest states to bring spiralling COVID-19 outbreaks under control.
